Group Coaching Packages

Group coaching with a focus not only gives you answers for a specific topic, but also provides the opportunity to interact with other parents in a similar situation. Current packages are below. Fill out our form HERE to let us know of your interest in a group. We will contact you when we have enough interest in that topic.

• Adoption (looking to adopt, foster-adopt, or post-adoption)
• Kids with ADHD and or/autism
• Parents of adult kids with special needs (empty nest or transitioning out of the home)

• Parent Support Group - ages 0-5
• Parent Support Group - ages 6-12
• Parent Support Group - teenagers

A Group Coaching Package includes:  ​

• 6 weekly sessions with your group (1.5 hour sessions/week via Zoom)
• Access to Saturday mornings Bridge Building Group via Zoom 
• Texting support for 8 weeks
• OVERVIEW: Group Coaching Package

1:1 Parent Coaching Package

Custom help and encouragement for your biggest issues and frustrations. We believe it can always get better and we want you to experience that too. 

1:1 Parent Coaching Package includes: 

• 4 sessions (1 hour session/week via Zoom)
• Access to Saturday mornings Bridge Building Group via Zoom 
• Texting support for 8 weeks
• OVERVIEW: 1:1 Coaching Package

The Healthy Foundations Family Program​®

Intense challenges require an intensive approach. Our 90-day HF Family Program® packages are recommended for parents struggling with children who have aggressive behavioral problems, autism, conduct problems, and out of control behaviors. ​

Two options below for your consideration. If you have questions, feel free to book a call with our office

Basic Coaching Package - intensive 90- day online HF Family Program® 

• 2 sessions/week (1 hour each session via zoom)
• Access to Saturday mornings Bridge Building Group via Zoom 
• Text support for 90 days
• First 30 days daily encouragement videos
• Weekly support videos

Cost: $4,999

Premium Coaching Package - 90-day online HF Family Program® with 4-day in-home coaching to start

• Basic Coaching Package in addition to 4-days of intensive help in Boise, ID in the home we provide
• Gives a solid family reset with a greater opportunity for quicker results
• Dr. Alden can demonstrate how to handle situations as they occur
